Sam Roper is owner and broker of Richland Real Estate Company
in Greensboro, Georgia and is a member of
the Lake Country Board of Realtors.

As a real estate broker since 1972, Sam began developing on Lake Oconee in 1977 with the first 60 waterfront lots sold in the Beaverdam Development, followed by the West Place Development in 1980 with 25 waterfront lots,
and Richland in 1986 with 70 waterfront lots.

The remaining 406 off-lake acres in the Richland development are now for sale
by Sam Roper and the Roper Family.
